Care Waamo organization held a three days’ seminar on 17 April 2018 in Kismayo regarding how to plan measures to reduce the impacts of drought in Lower-Jubba region of Somalia. The aim of the seminar was to develop capacity of the project activists. The seminar was part of a wider campaign to learn preparations to minimize the impacts of recurrent droughts in the region
